How did you first decide to open your business? Automotive work has always been a passion of mine. Q. Why did you choose the Huron Valley area? Being close to home, I am always able to help my friends and family, as well as other members of my community with their automotive needs. Q. What makes your business unique? We are honest and business-oriented and will not sell you something you don't need. Q. How has it changed since you opened? We have tripled our customer service and continue to provide quality work. Q. Do you have a funny tidbit or story to share with our readers about your experience so far as a small business owner? After 10 years, all of our customers are treated like family, and we have gained many friendships from providing quality automotive repairs. Q. How has the recent economy affected your business? Due to the recent economic downturn, we have slowed down. But we stay consistent. Q. Any advice for other business owners? Watch how you treat your customers. Treat them how you expect to be treated.
