Spice, a CPA, recently accepted the position of financial site manager for St. Nicholas Hospital. Spice will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations at St. Nicholas Hospital. He also will be working with hospital leadership on local financial issues, coordinating the annual audit, assisting with budgeting and supervising specific divisional functions such as payroll, productivity and accounts payable. Spice has nine years of experience in the financial sector of the health care industry and received his bachelor of science degree in accounting from Carroll College in Waukesha. Spice is from Green Bay, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Healthcare Financial Management Association and has been serving as treasurer on the Brown County United Way board of directors and its executive committee for the last four years. Five employees join Van Horn HyundaiFive new employees have joined Van Horn Hyundai in Sheboygan. They are: Elizabeth Nett, as a custom finance specialist. She received her bachelor's degree in communications from St. Norbert College and recently moved to Sheboygan from DePere. Skylar Watson, as a sales and leasing consultant. Watson is a Sheboygan native and a South High graduate, who also attended UW-Sheboygan from 2006-08. Jeff Johnson, as a bodyshop technician, who has more than 15 years of automotive experience. Sean Hackney, as a service technician. He is enrolled at Lakeshore Technical College for automotive repairs. Hackney spent four years in the Marine Corps as a diesel mechanic, and recently moved to the Sheboygan area from Havelock, N.C. David Tauschek as a service technician. He has more than 35 years of experience in the automotive industry. Jean Sweet hired by Maritime Insurance GroupMaritime Insurance Group has hired Jean Sweet as an account manager in the commercial division at the Sheboygan office.
